Shipping & Returns Policy

Australia Post has also stopped guaranteeing Express Delivery times, and therefore there might be slight delays in Express deliveries. For more information, please email our customer service team at Information on Shipping 

For all orders, there is an $8.50 Flat Rate charge for shipping.

HER Place Cosmetics constantly seeks out the best shipping options for delivery. We use Australia Post to provide our customers with great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to change freight providers, or substitute freight providers, from time to time without providing further notice.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. We strive to pick, pack and send all orders out in 1-2 business days, however we cannot control the speed of delivery by the courier services. If you live a little farther out, please allow a little bit of extra time.

HER Place Cosmetics ships to most postcodes throughout Australia. However, we are unable to ship to some postcodes that are not serviced by our shipping company. This includes certain island postcodes. If you are unsure if your postcode is excluded by our shipping company, please email to find out.

We’re doing everything we can to keep delivering during the Coronavirus pandemic and support communities across Australia. Most of our Post Offices are still open, and our posties and delivery drivers are working hard to get your parcels to you safely and quickly.

Ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are still some delays as our business operates with additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. We’re also still experiencing reduced domestic and international flights, while processing unprecedented parcel volumes.

Express Shipping

Want your order ASAP? HER Place Cosmetics offers Express Shipping!

Express Shipping is an expedited service. Your order is prioritised in our warehouse, and then is sent via Express Post with Australia Post.

Express Shipping Orders will be dispatched same day if your order is placed BEFORE 12pm. For orders after 12pm, they will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, or the next business day when there are public holidays.

Important information:

  • For all Express Shipping costs $12.95

  • Orders placed before 12pm are guaranteed to be sent on that day for Express Shipping

  • Orders after 12pm will be sent the following business day

  • Express Shipping is not available for very heavy orders. If you are unsure if your order will qualify for Express Shipping due to weights, please email us at and we will be able to assist.


Please note that Express Shipping is handled directly by Australia Post. Under our Terms and Conditions, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control in delivery. 

Please check Australia Post Shipping Estimator here for estimated delivery times. Use the postcode 2000 for the ‘From’ and your postcode for the ’To’.

As an approximate guideline, express delivery times are: 

  • NSW: 1-2 business days (regularly delivered in 1 business day but this can vary depending on weather and season)

  • Victoria, QLD: 2 business days

  • South Australia: 2-3 business days

  • Western Australia: 3-4 business days

  • Northern Territory and Tasmania: 4-5 business days

  • *Very remote areas: Please allow 7 business days

New Zealand Shipping

HER Place Cosmetics offers shipping to New Zealand. This service is carried out by Australia Post in conjunction with the New Zealand Postal Service. Please note the following terms apply to International Orders:

  • Regular Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.00 for all orders (product value only) that weigh up to 4kg (for larger orders please email our team at for a custom shipping fee).

  • Regular Shipping is $8.00(product value only) that weigh up to 4kg.

  • You can also use Express Shipping for New Zealand, which is charged at a flat rate of $14.95 for orders that weigh up to 4kg.

  • Due to COVID-19, Express Shipping to New Zealand takes up to six business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and Regular Shipping to New Zealand can take up to 20 business days. We apologise for any delay but unfortunately this is out of our control.

  • Please note that there is no option for Signature on Delivery. By agreeing to order you accept to receive a Safe Drop for your package, and that HER Place Cosmetics is not responsible for the package after the Safe Drop has been completed. 

  • Unfortunately, Dangerous Goods (DG) items cannot be purchased for international orders

Return & Exchange Policy

If an item has been opened and used, under NSW health regulations we can no longer accept this item back as a return. Electrical items such as hair straighteners and hair dryers (and other items) also fall into this category.

Please make sure that if you wish to a return an item, it is still new, un-used, in original packaging. Anything that deviates from this will not be accepted as a return.

Maybe you changed your mind, and that’s completely fine. HPC is happy to accept returns 7 days from invoice. Please make sure that to qualify for a return, you tick off the following steps:

1. Contact HER PLACE COSMETICS at notifying your intention to return your item or your order.

2. Confirm that the item is unopened, not damaged, and therefore in a saleable condition.

3. HPC confirms your return, please send it back to us (Please note: shipping is at the customers expense).

4. Make sure to send us a tracking number, we cannot assist with untracked returns that go missing.

5.When we receive the item/order back and confirm its condition, we will provide you a refund or store credit to the value of the items returned.

At HPC we strive to provide high quality products - however there will always be instances beyond our control where products will become damaged in transit, or accidentally mixed up with another item in the post.

In the event that this has occurred, we will always offer a refund or store credit for the affected items. Please follow the steps below:

1. Please take a photo of the affected item/ and email us

with any issues.
